If you booked the Airport Transfer service, please read carefully

• make sure you send us the flight number in advance;

• let us know in advance if you’re bringing additional or out of shape luggage – we must check the possibility;

• we will be tracking your flight and we will get to the Airport 45 minutes after you land;

• whatsapp us (  +351 967 572 400 ) as soon as you pick your luggage and you’re getting outside;

• when you are outside (Arrivals), go to the meeting point shown below.

FLIGHT DELAYS AND OTHERS

• 0ur free waiting time is 60 minutes.  After that period we charge € 10,00 for each extra hour or fraction;
• if you only get to the meeting point after 17:00 we will apply the Out of Office Fee I – € 35,00
• if you only get to the meeting point after 19:30 we will apply the Out of Office Fee II – € 59,00
